Our annual music festival is called The SPOIO Music Festival and it is an event that will feature major and indie recording artists in the rock, r&b, pop, country and rap genres. The artists perform for free, but receive gift bags of items provided by www.SPOIO.com and our other sponsors. As much as 75% of the proceeds from the concert may be donated to the charities that help pay Medicare premiums and distribute information to people with kidney disease and their families.
